Ballet Strong can help you to achieve all of these things. It has been said that ballet class is where we develop our skills, but when we ask dancers how they get strong they don't know the answer.
I've found that my legs feel lighter and that my body doesn't have to work so hard when I'm dancing and my stamina has improved so much since coming back from my injury

Ballet Strong is a 3 month program
Over the course of the 3 months you will get:
1. up to 6 workouts a week- These workouts have been developed to take just 30 minutes a day while developing maximum results
2. Weekly group coaching via zoom
3. a group onboarding and goal setting session and monthly goal setting check ins
4. access to all of Athletistry Studio's
5. The support of other dancers from around the world in a private community
