Welcome To Athletistry

Athletistry is the combination of athleticism and artistry.

I created Athletistry to help dancers in a holistic way.

After 12 years of dancing as a professional dancer around the world and becoming a master fitness professional, Athletistry studio was founded in 2020.

in 2022 Athletistry studio went online and in 2023 expanded it's offerings as Athletistry Ballet Club.

Now as we head into 2024 the next evolution has begun.

The biggest challenge dancers around the world face is how to build the essential skills, strength, mobility and discipline needed to see the progress they desire most.

The next evolution is one of personalisation to help you get the most out of your dancing, mindset, and artistic journey.

Our Students

Over the past 7 years as a coach my students have been accepted to prestigious schools and companies such as The Paris Opera Ballet, Boston Ballet, European Ballet School, English National Ballet School, Blommaert Ballet School, Queensland Ballet School and many more.

Students have also placed favourably in YAGP, Sydney Eisteddfod, and The Margot Fonteyn Awards.

Strength, technique, artistry and personal development are the 4 pillars of my coaching practice with each element helping to support the dancer's journey.

How the coaching process works:

sign up

Step 1:

Fill out an application and we will be in touch within 48 hours to set up a consultation.

Step 2:

In our initial 30 minute consultation we want to learn more about you and your family to ensure we are a good fit and to make sure we can help you to become your best

Step 3:

We decide to work together. An initial session is setup and we establish your goals and what we will be working on for the first term of our coaching together. All our coaching is done in 10 week terms and the initial sign up is for this minimum term to ensure we can help you get the progress you deserve.

Step 4:

Coaching progresses week to week. Each week we will have a 30 minute or 1 hour coaching session in which we will work on the most essential skills and strengthening exercises to help you achieve the goals you developed in our on-boarding session.

Step 5:

At the end of each term we will assess progress and make a new plan to progress into the next term.
