About the Event

Have you ever wondered how to create a workout that develops your strength and endurance specifically for your dance goals?

In this 2 hour workshop you will learn how to build a training program that meets your goals, progresses your training, prevents injury, and strengthens you the way you need to strengthen.

We will learn

  1. The 8 essential movement patterns to train
  2. The difference between strength, hypertrophy, and endurance
  3. How to build a workout, a program, and how to implement phases
  4. How to plan an entire year's training using macro phases and then break them down into smaller micro phases designed around your dance goals
  5. How to track your progress so you can feel confident about your results
  6. We will also build a workout live during the workshop to show you how it can be done in real time.
