Welcome to Athletistry Ballet Club

This membership community is unlike anything else you will find and is perfect for dancers of all ages who want to improve their technique.

When you join Athletistry Ballet Club you will instant access to all of our online training programs as well as a private community group just for members to ask questions and share their experiences.

Each week you will also be invited to join a live ballet class with Shane Wuerthner in which we will explore how to best improve your technical ability, strength, and understanding of fundamental ballet movements.

Our current training programs include:

1. 4 week penché program

2. Ballet barre basics program

3. 4 week pirouette program.

5. Ballet skills workout pack

6. Archived ballet and strength classes including yoga and pilates in our class collection archive.

In addition anyone who signs up for 3 months or more will get instant access to our 8 week ballet strong program.

About Athletistry's Founder

Shane Wuerthner

Athletistry Founder and Head Coach

Shane began is ballet training in his hometown of San Francisco and developed into an artist under the teaching of Anatoli Kucheruk at The Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington DC. 

His Career spanned 3 continents and 12 years dancing with the Vienna State Opera, San Francisco Ballet, and Queensland ballet. Upon retirement as a principal dancer in 2017, Shane became a personal trainer and NLP coach. He founded Athletistry Ballet in 2019 and the program has gone through many changes during the pandemic to arrive at Athletistry Ballet Club a worldwide platform to enhance the dancing and strength of  developing athletic artists around the world.
